Commission work means you are paid a share of the sales you bring in. It can be great, but only if the rules are clear.
Explain what counts as a sale, the percentage, and when it is paid. Decide what happens when a customer asks for a refund. Say how long tracking links last and whether commission continues after the agreement ends.
Tip: ask for a monthly report so both sides see the same numbers.
