Scope creep happens when a project grows little by little without any change in price or time.
The cure is a clear scope at the start. List what is included and what is not. Set a limit on revisions. When the client asks for something new, give a short written quote for the extra work and wait for approval before you begin.
Tip: say politely and early when a request is outside the agreed scope.
